Bodega Vina Bajoz Caño 2004
Deep, lively, medium-intensity cherry-red in color. On the nose, intense and concentrated black and red berry fruits (cherry, raspberry etc.). On the palate easy-drinking, soft, full with good weight and a juicy finish. Bursting with personality and juicy mature berry fruit. Nice structure and soft tannins. Supple from the Grenache, structured from the Tempranillo. Wine Advocate The 2004 Cano (75% Tempranillo and 25% Grenache) offers up sweet and sour cherry scents intertwined with underbrush and spice in a medium-bodied, fruity style. Consume it over the next several years. Score: 86. —Robert Parker, June 2005. |
